providers and operators, announced the launch of
their second generation SIP-based Windows Mobile
dual mode handset at the 3GSM World Congress in
Barcelona, Spain.
The hipi-2300 is Paragon Wireless’ newest addition
to their Microsoft Windows Mobile® dual mode handset
technology. Utilizing Paragon’s proven VoWLAN/GSM
dual-mode technology, the hipi-2300 includes the
Windows Mobile 5.0® operating system to further
expand the usability and functionality of this
extremely versatile smartphone. With its built-in
1.3M pixel camera, the MP3/MP4 player and the
camcorder/recorder, users can access the Internet,
listen to music and take/review pictures all from
one easily carried handset that also serves as their
mobile phone. The 1100mAh Li-ion battery offers
users up to 4 hours of WiFi talk time and up to 6
hours of GSM talk time, or up to 100 hours of
standby time, while having both radios on
simultaneously.

enhanced talk time, enhanced standby time, multiple
internet-based applications, integrated Windows
Media Player, MP3 capabilities, streaming video, MP4
integration, video recording/playback, and more.
