Gang Wu |
| Founder & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER |
| Gang Wu brings over 20 years of management and technical
experience to Paragon Wireless. Prior to joining Paragon, he was with DoCoMo USA
Labs as Senior VP and Research Fellow, leading the R&D activities of WLAN
and 3G/4G mobile systems. Gang has extensively established relationships with
overseas customers. Before joining DoCoMo, he was with Communications Research
Laboratory (CRL), Ministry of Posts & Telecommunications, Japan, focusing
on broadband wireless access systems. He led a Japanese national project (MIRAI)
to integrate heterogeneous wireless networks. Gang is the 1st Vice Chair of IEEE
802.20 WG. He holds over 20 patents and has 80 published professional papers.
Gang received a B.S. from Xian Jiaotong University, China, MSEE from Xidian University,
China, and a Ph.D. from Shizuoka University, Japan. |

Hongqing Yang |
| Founder & President |
| Hongqing Yang brings over 20 years of management and
business experience to Paragon Wireless. Before joining Paragon, Hongqing founded
China DigiPro Inc.—a $10-million-asset joint venture of TI and Great Wall
Group with over 100 employees, and served as the CEO. Hongqing was also a General
Manager of Business Development of TI-Asia. Prior to joining TI, Hongqing was
with Motorola as a global VP and chief representative in China. She helped Motorola
secured a spectrum license for their products in China. Before Motorola, Hongqing
was a VP of Hewlett-Packard-China responsible for product services. Hongqing holds
a B.S. from the Beijing Institute of Science and Technology, China and an M.S.
from the University of Notre Dame.

Ilkka Pouttu |
| VICE PRESIDENT, Sales & Marketing |
| Ilkka Pouttu brings over two decades of global business,
channel and market development to Paragon Wireless in his role as Vice President,
Sales and Marketing. Mr. Pouttu’s experience in wireless communications
industry stems from variety of leadership roles at international start-ups and
global telecommunications leaders including: Nokia, Motorola and Elcoteq. Prior
to joining Paragon Wireless Mr. Pouttu was instrumental in globalizing Elcoteq’s
operations in roles such as Director Global Sales and Account Management, Vice
President of Business Development and President and General Manager of Elcoteq
Americas. Mr. Pouttu earned his B.B.A in Marketing from Espoo School of Economics
in Finland and his Diploma in International Marketing from FINTRA, Finland. |

Jie Liang |
| Founder, CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER & VICE
PRESIDENT, Engineering |
| Jie Liang brings over 15 years of technical experience
to Paragon Wireless. Prior to joining Paragon, Jie was a senior system architect
with the WLAN product department of TI where he worked on a project to develop
low-power WLAN chipsets for VoWLAN solutions. Jie was the project leader of TI
Bluetooth/WLAN dual-mode chip project which is currently adopted by Motorola’s
new generation of cell phones and iPAQ. Jie holds more than 20 patents and patent
applications and has 20 published journal and conference papers. Jie received
a B.S. from Tsinghua University, China, and a Ph.D. from Cornell University. |
| Prince Wang (Yunhua) |

Prince Wang brings over 15
years of supply chain, technical and quality experience to Paragon Wireless.
Prior to joining Paragon, Prince was Director of Quality Management in NEC,
leading quality activities in design, NPI, manufacturing and overall quality
management system. Before joining NEC, he was quality manager of a design house.
Prince has worked for Motorola around 10 years in production, NPI, quality
control, reliability, HW & critical components development. He initiated quite a
few new technical and process innovations. He established and certified the 1st
overseas ALT lab in Motorola. He led the TFE/TCS team received the highest award
in Motorola global. Once was elected as Tianjin Excellent Engineer twice in 1997
and 1998. Two patents were filed in USA, holds other 3 patent applications. He
was certified Six Sigma BlackBelt in 2002. Prince received a B.S. from Tsinghua
University.

| Wayne Millsap |
| CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER |
| Wayne Millsap has over 25
years of financial and general management experience and currently serves as
Chief Financial Officer of Paragon Wireless. Mr. Millsap has substantial
expertise in strategic planning, capital formation through venture capital and
debt financing and corporate governance. Prior to joining the Paragon Wireless
Team, Mr. Millsap served as the CFO for early stage companies in the software
and telecom sectors. Previous experience also includes CFO of a real estate
development, management and leasing company; financial and operational
management services, and audit and tax services as a Senior Manager at
PricewaterhouseCoopers and Partner in a regional accounting and consulting
firm. Mr. Millsap earned B.B.A. degrees in Finance and Accounting from Texas A
& M University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

| Xiaoning He |
| Founder & VICE PRESIDENT, Business Development |
| Xiaoning He brings over 10 years of technical experience
to Paragon Wireless. Before joining Paragon, Xiaoning was a research engineer
with DoCoMo USA Labs focusing on 3rd and 4th generation wireless system research
and is a voting member of IEEE 802.11 and IEEE 802.20 working groups. Xiaoning
has been leading the FMIPv6 and Inter-technology handover demo system development
in DoCoMo USA Labs. Xiaoning holds more than 6 patents and patent applications
and has 20 published journal and conference papers. Xiaoning received a B.S. from
Tsinghua University, China and a Ph.D. from Pennsylvania State University.
