The company is funded by leading VC firms and managed by experienced industry leaders. With our first-to-market commercialization of SIP/IMS-based dual mode solutions for both GSM and CDMA, Paragon Wireless addresses the market with an extensive IP portfolio and standards-compliant innovations. Our equipment and services help merge traditional cell phone service with wireless Internet telephony.

Paragon Wireless is currently poised to deliver products and services to meet demands of the telephony’s next layer—Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC), a meshing of cellular service and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).

Paragon is global—we license our technology and sell our products primarily to wireless OEMs, other cellular design houses, ISPs, IP-PBX vendors, and VoIP operators. Our technology saves users’ money—consumers enjoy Broadband’s feature-rich offerings in two ways:

1.	Via WiFi networks when available.
2.	Via traditional cellular networks when out of WiFi coverage.
